Last week, I wrote a letter to the editor of the Waterloo Courier criticizing the local movie theaters for not showing quality films.
Here’s the funny thing: I don’t read the Courier. While this might seem as self-defeating, I thought it would be the most effective if I wrote it to that publication.
Well, it was published and I totally didn’t know about it until today.
Sadly, they edited out a snarky comment at the end:
“If you don’t [show quality films], I’m sure that Weherenberg and Carmike would welcome the extra revenue.”
